- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions.
- Experience documenting business processes and workflows.
- Experience working in Agile environments with development teams.
- Experience supporting testing, QA, and UAT activities.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and stakeholder interviews.
- Gather, document, analyze, and validate requirements and use cases.
- Translate business needs into user stories and specs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
- Plan, coordinate testing, and support UAT activities.
