CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Enterprise IT Team. This role translates business needs into technical requirements for systems and processes, collaborating with IT architects, business users, and external vendors.

The position offers work-from-home flexibility while contributing to growth, balance, and technology-driven transformation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in business analysis, strong process mapping skills (BPMN), experience in Agile

Qualifications

5+ years of experience required.
Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating closely with development teams.
Experience leading process improvement, process mapping, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Experience supporting testing, quality assurance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, process discovery workshops, and stakeholder interviews across business and technology teams.
Gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable user stories, requirements documentation, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
