CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Business Analysts to join our Information Technology team. The role leads a team that translates business needs into design specifications and coordinates high‑quality IT solutions.

You will mentor analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timelines while aligning with CLA's standards and industry best practices. Strong communication, problem‑solving and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required; Planning, facilitating, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of IT business analysts serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams.
• Ensures delivery of high-quality functional specifications, designs, mock-ups, wireframes, and documentation for new development projects.
• Documents current business processes and envisages future states, along with associated systems and applications.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and efficient collaboration with IT.
• Reviews and suggests improvements to enhance user efficiency, data accuracy and overall quality.
• Facilitates elicitation of requirements across business and IT staff and ensures adherence to SDLC standards.
• Collaborates with external vendors to define objectives and manage budgets, scope, and timelines.
• Performs data analyses to identify quality discrepancies and shares resolutions with the team.
• Supports QA to define testing strategies for functional, integration, and regression tests.
