Job summary
CLA is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Enterprise IT Team. The role will translate business needs into technical requirements for systems modifications, with regular interaction across IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience required.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
- Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating closely with development teams.
- Experience leading process improvement, process mapping, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Experience supporting testing, quality assurance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions, process discovery workshops, and stakeholder interviews across business and technology teams.
- Gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories, requirements documentation, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
- Answer questions and clarify requirements for projects and enhancements during estimation, planning, and delivery activities.
- Produce timely and high-quality requirements-related deliverables, including requirements documents, process flows, use cases, user stories, mockups, and supporting documentation.
- Partner with business leaders and IT teams to develop business cases and support project prioritization efforts.
