Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to turn data into product decisions for the HSA Core Product team, impacting hundreds of thousands of members.

You will write and optimize SQL queries, use Claude daily for data exploration, and present findings to leadership in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis or data analytics with strong SQL expertise.
• Experience in fintech, HSA, HRA, FSA, or regulated financial services preferred.
• Daily use of AI tools and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
