Maximus is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to translate industry and client needs into language understood by both development teams for high-efficiency system development.
The role emphasizes documenting requirements, user stories, test cases and documentation, becoming a subject matter expert in assigned areas. Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems is a plus.
- Ability to develop business requirements and translate to system requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of reports and surveys.
- Publish results for internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with DBMS and analytical processing systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and validate data collection methods.
- Develop and maintain processes for managing requirements and production support.
- Document best practices and measure outcomes for desired results.
