Ideal candidates have 5–7 years as a BA in a technical environment, strong English communication, and experience in Medicaid Enterprise Systems. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 with performance-based bonus opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical organization; Medicaid Enterprise Systems experience highly desired.
- Strong communication skills using the English language (written and verbal), including presentation skill.
- Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or drafts responses for supervisor or manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of reports, documents, and surveys.
- Publish results for internal and external clients as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain effective processes for managing requirements and production support.
