Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a fully remote role with 10% travel. The BA will translate stakeholder needs into requirements and deliver high-quality artifacts, reports, and tests.

Strong data analysis and SQL skills are essential, with experience in Medicaid Enterprise Systems preferred. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• 5-7 years as a Business Analyst in a technical organization; Medicaid Enterprise Systems experience highly desired.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), including presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of reports, documents, and surveys.
• Publish results for internal and external clients.
• Work with MS SQL Server and analytical processing systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and validate data collection methods in reporting projects.
• Develop and maintain processes for managing requirements and production support.
• Document best practices and measure outcomes for results.
