Maximus is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to translate client and stakeholder needs into clear system requirements, user stories, and test cases.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality deliverables and collaborating with both business and technical teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical organization; Medicaid Enterprise Systems experience highly desired.
• Strong communication skills using English (written and verbal), including presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of reports and surveys.
• Publish results for internal and external clients.
• Analyze existing systems, programs, policies and organizational processes and recommend enhancements.
• Develop and maintain requirements, system functionality, and production support.
• Develop functional test cases and coordinate with QA and development.
• Acquire knowledge of working systems and implement effective changes for better performance.
• Document best practices and measure outcomes for desired results.
