The candidate will develop costing data, deliver white papers and risk assessments, and coordinate multi-year planning and briefing materials for senior stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of federal budgeting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or commensurate experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years may be removed for a Masters Degree).
• Experience delivering for DHS or US government agencies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic guidance and portfolio management to stakeholders.
• Participate in budget formulation and execution processes.
• Provide briefings to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop costing data and program analysis techniques for financial savings.
• Analyze and justify candidate projects to yield business value.
• Assist in Multi-Year Planning activities.
• Coordinate Budget Formulation exercises.
• Develop leadership briefings on budget/project issues.
• Monitor yearly budget execution and obligations.
• Lead budgetary analysis and execution of new requirements.
