GovCIO is seeking a Senior Financial and Budget Analyst to support ICE DHS in budget formulation, execution, data analysis, and dashboard development in a fully remote role based in the United States.

The role requires 10+ years of federal financial and budget analysis experience, with DHS delivery preferred. You will provide strategic guidance, briefings, and cost analyses to drive mission value and ensure proper funds execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or commensurate experience)
• 10+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years of experience may be removed for a Master's Degree)

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic guidance and portfolio management to stakeholders.
• Participate in budget formulation and execution processes.
• Deliver briefings to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop costing data and analyses to identify financial savings.
• Analyze budget requirements and lead resolution activities.
• Prepare leadership briefings and budget/project issue identification.
• Monitor annual budget execution and ensure timely obligations.
