GovCIO is seeking a Senior Financial and Budget Analyst to support DHS ICE with budget formulation, execution, data analysis, and dashboards. This fully remote role focuses on strategic guidance, program analysis, and delivering senior-level briefings to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in federal financial and budget analysis and experience in dynamic customer delivery environments. Clearance and DHS experience are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience (required).
• 10+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years may be removed for a Master's).
• Experience delivering for DHS or US government agencies is preferred.
• 5+ years of federal financial and budget analysis experience preferred.
• Knowledge in program planning, scheduling, budget planning/formulation, and cost analysis.
• Strong understanding of project management and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lead analysts and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic guidance and portfolio management to stakeholders.
• Participate in budget formulation and execution processes.
• Provide briefings to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop costing data and program analysis to capture financial savings.
• Analyze and justify candidate projects for business value.
• Support Multi-Year Planning activities and budget exercises.
• Develop leadership briefings for budget/program issues.
• Monitor year budget execution and fund obligations.
• Lead analysis of budgetary needs and new requirements.
