Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Financial and Budget Analyst to support DHS ICE in budget formulation, execution, and data-driven program analysis. The role is fully remote, enabling nationwide work with federal-minded accountability and DHS clearance readiness.

You will develop and present financial guidance, lead cost analyses, and deliver performance dashboards using PowerPoint and data visualization tools. A successful candidate will have 10+ years in federal financial analysis and a strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
10+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years can be removed for a Master’s).
Experience delivering for DHS or US government agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance and portfolio management to stakeholders.
Participate in budget formulation and execution processes.
Provide briefings to senior internal and external stakeholders.
Develop costing data and program analysis to capture financial savings.
Analyze budget requirements and lead resolution activities.
Develop financial management deliverables (white paper, issues paper, risk assessment).
Analyze candidate projects for justification and business value.
Assist in Multi-Year Planning activities.
Coordinate Budget Formulation exercises.
Develop leadership briefings for budget/project risks.
