Job summary

N3XT, a Wyoming-chartered SPDI, seeks a Senior Business Development & Solutions Manager for Capital Markets Trading in NYC with a Remote First approach. You will guide institutional clients through API integrations and co-develop product capabilities, working with trading, settlements, and engineering teams.

You will lead pilots, map complex workflows, and advise C-suite stakeholders to accelerate fiat-crypto settlement cycles. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Capital Markets Trading, BD/Sales, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Prime Brokerage, FX/OTC Trading, or Institutional Digital Asset Infrastructure.
• Hands-on Technical & API Proficiency: reading, explaining, and testing RESTful APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Pilot programs or POC experience with institutional clients to test new products/workflows.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to institutional clients, evaluating daily trading workflows and guiding integration of banking products into settlement tech stacks.
• Lead API integration and onboarding with client engineering teams to enable 24/7 programmatic fiat settlement.
• Design, launch, and execute targeted pilot programs with tier-1 clients to test new settlement products and features.
• Map client trade lifecycles across OTC desks, prime brokers, and exchanges to identify bottlenecks and propose API-driven optimizations.
• Partner with CFOs, Treasurers, Heads of Trading, and CTOs to architect tailored banking setups that accelerate fiat-crypto settlement.
• Lead end-to-end institutional deal cycles and drive partnerships based on problem-solving.
• Translate client feedback into technical requirements to shape the product roadmap and API capabilities.
• Travel up to 50% to meet with clients and conduct executive/product advisory sessions.
