Job summary

N3XT, a Wyoming-chartered SPDI bank, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to architect and execute expansion across Latin American and broader Americas commercial corridors. You will engage CFOs, Treasurers, and regional fintech leaders to position N3XT as the primary banking and settlement partner across the region.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Growth, you will lead end-to-end deal cycles, navigate FX and cross-border liquidity, and push strategic alliances with exchanges,

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of commercial experience in Business Development or Sales across Cross-Border Payments, FX, Regional Fintech, or Institutional Digital Assets.
• Professional-level fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (both is ideal).
• Deep understanding of regional cross-border trade corridors, foreign exchange mechanics, settlement friction, and dollarization liquidity flows between the US and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Lead LatAm & regional market architecture, navigating cross-border trade corridors and FX frictions between US dollar infrastructure and Latam markets.
• Oversee cross-border origination & structuring with mid-tier and enterprise participants, including regional neobanks and cross-border processors.
• Advise CFOs, Treasurers, and Heads of Payments to architect bespoke banking setups that optimize pre-funding and fiat-crypto settlement.
• Scale referral ecosystems and regional custody networks, embedding banking rails into exchanges and trading platforms.
• Represent N3XT at Americas fintech, FX, trade, and digital asset events to drive bilateral meetings and keynotes.
• Own revenue, deposit, and transaction KPIs across target Americas corridors.
