Job summary

N3XT Inc. is seeking a highly consultative Senior Business Development & Solutions Manager for Capital Markets trading. You will guide institutions in integrating N3XT's infrastructure, lead hands-on API integrations, and pilot new capabilities with clients.

The role bridges business development, product strategy, and technical execution, reporting to the Head of Commercial Growth and Partnerships. You will engage with Trading, Settlements, Engineering, and Executives, driving tailored banking

Qualifications

5–8+ years in Capital Markets trading, BD/sales, or related roles.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
Strong API proficiency and experience with integration projects.
Experience engaging with CTOs/CFOs on complex banking setups.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to institutional clients, evaluating their trading workflows and guiding integration of banking products.
Lead API integration and technical onboarding with client engineering and product teams.
Design, launch, and run targeted pilots to test new settlement products and features with tier-1 clients.
Map client trade lifecycles across OTC desks, prime brokers, and exchanges to identify optimization opportunities via APIs.
Advising CFOs, Treasurers, Heads of Trading, CTOs to accelerate fiat-crypto settlement cycles.
Lead end-to-end deal cycles with institutional participants and co-develop partnerships.
Translate client feedback into technical requirements shaping the product roadmap and API capabilities.
Travel up to 50% for on-site sessions and executive/product advisory meetings.
