Ladders is seeking a Senior BIM Manager to lead BIM standards and execution for data center projects. You will manage US BIM staff and global partners, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and driving an automation roadmap to improve efficiency and delivery quality.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in BIM environments, strong Revit skills, and familiarity with ISO 19650 and AIA guidelines. This remote-US role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities to mentor talent.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of BIM experience or equivalent.
• 8+ years in BIM environments preferred.
• Strong hands-on Revit skills; experience with Dynamo and Revit API.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and AIA guidelines.

Mansioni

• Implement and enforce BIM standards and execution plans.
• Oversee U.S. BIM staff and global partners, ensuring accountability.
• Conduct QA reviews and triage modeling issues for timely resolution.
• Produce and correct model content directly as needed.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects and track progress.
• Build and execute an automation roadmap for modeling efficiency.
