Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM (Digital Design) Manager to lead digital delivery across our hyperscale data center portfolio. This remote role, with a hybrid option near an office, focuses on enforcing BIM standards, BEP templates, and CDE governance while coordinating U.S. staff and EC partners.

You'll drive QA/QC, model health, and coordination, stepping in for late deliverables and guiding automation initiatives to improve efficiency across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in BIM, engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in BIM/digital delivery with leadership/coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (NBIMs, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, ISO 19650).

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM standards & execution per firmwide framework and BEP templates.
• Oversee day-to-day BIM production by U.S. staff and EC teams; ensure quality, scope and schedule.
• Step in to produce or correct model content to keep project deliverables on schedule.
• Coordinate model delivery, conduct regular QA checks and document deficiencies.
• Report monthly on BIM KPIs and maintain dashboards for leadership.
• Develop automation roadmap (Dynamo, Revit API) to reduce rework.
