Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Manager, BIM/VDC to lead the development of BIM standards and coordination across data center projects. You will set modeling specs, review EORs, and guide multi-discipline coordination from design through turnover.

Responsibilities include advancing clash detection, 4D scheduling, and model-based estimating while managing internal staff and external partners. Remote-friendly role based in the United States with end-of-year bonus and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years BIM/VDC experience.
• Experience leading BIM/VDC coordination on hyperscale or large-scale projects.
• Technical owner/discipline lead for BIM/VDC on large capital projects.
• Experience mentoring BIM staff and external consultants.
• Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide BIM/VDC leadership across all project phases.
• Review and approve BIM Execution Plans and federated models.
• Oversee federated models, clash reports, and coordination logs.
• Lead BIM-driven value engineering for constructability and schedule.
• Support RFP development, bid evaluation, and selection of BIM/VDC consultants.
• Oversee construction-phase BIM administration and turnover documentation.
