Ladders is seeking a Senior BIM Manager to lead BIM standards and execution for data center projects. You will manage US BIM staff and global partners, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and driving an automation roadmap to improve efficiency and delivery quality.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in BIM environments, strong Revit skills, and familiarity with ISO 19650 and AIA guidelines. This remote-US role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities to mentor talent.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior BIM Manager, Data Centers to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead BIM standards, execution, and quality oversight for data center projects, with a strong focus on coordination across multidisciplinary teams. The position will manage U.S. BIM staff and global partners while driving consistent modeling practices and timely issue resolution. It also requires close collaboration with project teams to improve efficiency, strengthen delivery, and support high-quality outcomes across complex mission-critical work.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities
