Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Manager, BIM/VDC to lead the definition and advancement of BIM and VDC standards across data center development projects. You will coordinate with architecture, structural, MEP, and controls engineering, and drive BIM workflows from design through turnover.

The role partners with construction management and general contractors to ensure fully coordinated, constructible, and accurately documented facilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive BIM/VDC experience.
• Experience leading BIM/VDC coordination on hyperscale, colocation, or other large-scale projects.
• Experience as technical owner or discipline lead for BIM/VDC on large capital projects.
• Prior experience mentoring BIM staff and external consultants or trade coordination teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the company's BIM standards, BEP templates, Level of Development (LOD) matrices, and modeling specifications across disciplines.
• Establish and enforce model authoring standards across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines.
• Define standards for clash detection and coordination workflows using Navisworks and ACC/BIM 360.
• Drive continuous improvement of model-based quantity takeoff, 4D scheduling, and estimating to improve cost and schedule certainty.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and standardization of BIM/VDC software platforms across the portfolio.
