Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM (Digital Design) Manager to lead digital delivery across its hyperscale data center portfolio. You will implement BIM standards, manage BEP templates, and coordinate with global EC partners while ensuring on-time project delivery.

This is a remote role with a hybrid option near an AECOM office. The role requires strong hands-on Revit skills, 6+ years in BIM, and experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams within the US market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years of BIM/digital delivery experience, or equivalent
• 2+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM work or coordinating teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage BEP, QA/QC, and model lifecycle across projects

Responsibilities

• Implement project-level BIM standards and BEP templates
• Oversee day-to-day BIM production by US staff and EC partners
• Provide hands-on production in Revit when needed
• Coordinate multidisciplinary model reviews and ensure KPI reporting
• Lead automation efforts using Dynamo and Revit API
