Job summary

Keel Infrastructure seeks a Senior Manager, BIM/VDC to lead development of BIM standards across a growing portfolio of data center projects. You will define modeling requirements, coordinate across architecture, structural, MEP, and controls teams, and ensure models are fully coordinated from design through turnover.

You will drive tool selection, implement BEP/LOD guidance, and mentor a growing BIM/VDC team while partnering with contractors, EORs, and operations to deliver high-fidelity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Autodesk certifications (Revit/Navisworks) are preferred.
• Experience leading BIM/VDC on large data-center or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC standards development across projects from design to turnover.
• Review EORs and GC federated models for compliance with BEP and LOD.
• Manage federated models, clash reports, and coordination logs.
• Drive BIM-driven value engineering and constructability.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams for handoff and commissioning.
