Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM (Digital Design) Manager to lead digital delivery across our hyperscale data center portfolio. The role oversees U.S. BIM staff and EC partners, enforcing BIM standards, BEP templates, and coordination workflows. Remote with hybrid options, travel occasionally for client meetings and milestones.

Responsibilities include QA/QC, model health, and KPI reporting, plus hands‑on production in Revit when needed. Strong leadership and BIM workflow mastery are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree + 6 years of BIM/digital delivery experience or equivalent.
2 years leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work.
Experience with U.S. market or U.S. projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead BIM standards and BEP development within firmwide framework.
Oversee U.S. BIM staff and EC teams, ensure quality and schedule.
Perform hands-on Revit production across disciplines as needed.
Coordinate model reviews, clash detection, and KPI reporting.
Build automation roadmap using Dynamo and Revit API.
Mentor and train BIM teams across U.S. and EC partners.
