Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM Manager (Digital Design) to lead data center projects remotely across the US. You will set BIM standards, BEPs, and coordination processes, supervising US staff and EC partners to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

You will perform hands-on Revit work, drive automation with Dynamo, and govern model content across distributed teams, with occasional travel as needed and room for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with BIM/digital delivery experience.
• 2+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM work or equivalent leadership.
• Strong Revit and optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM standards & execution across data center projects.
• Oversee US BIM staff and EC partners, ensuring quality and schedule.
• Hands-on Revit production when needed; develop templates and smart content.
• Coordinate model delivery, QA/QC, and data integration for BIM workflows.
