Job summary

Bowman seeks a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to support and advance design technology while working remotely.

You will administer BIM tools, drive MEP standards, and collaborate with engineers, drafters, and project teams to improve model quality and delivery efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience, strong software knowledge (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, BIM360), and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Civil Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering software tools and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and support for design technology tools including BIM workflows.
• Lead development of MEP BIM standards, content libraries, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to optimize workflows and model delivery.
• Mentor engineers and designers on BIM best practices and tool usage.
• Review BIM models for BEP alignment and quality compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of BIM standards and templates.
• Coordinate with BIM Managers, Project Managers, and teams to meet project goals.
