Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in civil engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of major BIM tools and standards.
• Ability to work with engineers, draughtsmen and project teams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of MEP BIM standards and tools.
• Mentor engineers and designers on BIM processes and best practices.
• Support digital delivery and BIM coordination across projects.
• Configure, maintain, and support engineering software tools.
• Collaborate with BIM Managers and project teams to meet milestones.
