Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM, to join our team remotely. You will administer, maintain, train, and support design technology tools across the project teams, ensuring efficient usage of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, BIM360, and related software.

The role collaborates with IT, engineers, surveyors, drafters, and project teams to implement BIM workflows, develop MEP standards, mentor engineers, and advance digital delivery.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
Strong knowledge of Civil/MEP software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, BIM360).

Responsibilities

Serve as technical resource for BIM workflows and standards.
Lead development of MEP BIM standards and libraries.
Mentor engineers on advanced BIM modeling techniques.
Coordinate with project teams to meet BIM goals and BEP requirements.
Administer and support AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, BIM360, and related tools.
Improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
