Job summary

Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. seeks a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to support and advance our design-technology tools remotely across the United States.

You will administer AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, BIM360, and related software, while leading MEP BIM standards and automation to improve design quality and efficiency. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical leaders, mentor engineers, and participate in BIM coordination and BEP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Civil Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of industry experience in design technology roles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, BIM360, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support design-technology software and tools.
• Lead BIM standards, content libraries, and automation efforts for MEP.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to improve workflows and model delivery.
• Mentor engineers and designers on BIM practices and tool usage.
• Coordinate BIM execution plans, BEP compliance, and model coordination.
