Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to join our team remotely. The role focuses on administering and advancing BIM tools and standards across mechanical and electrical disciplines.

You will mentor engineers, lead Revit standardization, and work with project teams to improve design quality and delivery efficiency. Salary ranges reflect senior BIM leadership in a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in related field required.
• Minimum of five to seven years of industry-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for Mechanical and Electrical BIM workflows, standards, and digital delivery initiatives.
• Lead development and implementation of MEP-specific Revit standards, content libraries, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical leadership to identify workflow automation opportunities.
• Mentor engineers and designers on BIM modeling techniques and best practices.
• Promote company BIM standards, workflows, and best practices on projects.
