Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to join our team remotely. You will administer and support design technology tools, drive BIM standards across mechanical and electrical workflows, and mentor engineers in advanced modeling techniques.

Responsibilities include coordinating with IT, project teams, and discipline leaders to optimize workflows, automate processes, and ensure quality delivery across BIM-enabled projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong BIM knowledge and software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of MEP BIM standards, libraries, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with BIM Managers, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary teams to set goals and deliverables.
• Mentor engineers and designers on advanced BIM modeling techniques and best practices.
• Review BIM models for BEP compliance and quality requirements.
• Provide guidance on BIM processes, model development, and coordination procedures.
• Support design technology tooling, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
