Bowman is seeking a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to join our team remotely. The role will lead development and implementation of MEP BIM standards, collaborate with engineering leadership, and mentor engineers on advanced BIM workflows.

This position supports digital delivery initiatives and ongoing BIM automation efforts. The candidate will administer, configure, and support engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley Microstation, Revit, BIM360, Navisworks, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Civil/MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, BIM tools).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of MEP BIM standards, content libraries and automation tools.
• Mentor engineers and designers on BIM best practices and model techniques.
• Review BIM models for BEP compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project leadership to align BIM goals and workflows.
• Provide training and support for design technology users.
