• Experience handling billing inquiries and reconciliation tasks.
• Ability to coordinate with Client Payroll Deduction Specialists and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information with Client Payroll Deduction Specialists for smooth transition from implementation to post-implementation.
• Maintain ongoing client contact to ensure accuracy of change reports, bills and reconciliation summaries.
• Research moderately complex billing inquiries with focus on timely resolution.
• Assist with payroll deduction issue resolution and client suspense account reconciliation.
• Analyze data and collaborate to obtain information for requests from internal and external customers.
