Responsibilities

• Coordinates information with Client Payroll Deduction Specialists for seamless post-implementation maintenance.
• Maintains client contact during post-implementation to ensure accuracy of reports (change reports, list bills, reconciliation summaries).
• Researches moderately complex billing inquiries with focus on timely resolution.
• Participates in payroll deduction issue resolution and assists with client suspense account reconciliation.
• Analyzes data and collaborates to obtain information for billing requests (bills, check requests, change reports, reconciliation summaries).
