Job summary

The Archetype Strategy is seeking a Senior Bilingual Recruiter to support data center workforce solutions nationwide. This role focuses on sourcing, vetting, interviewing, and mobilizing bilingual English/Spanish technicians for large-scale blue-collar projects.

You'll build candidate pipelines, manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment, use LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM, and collaborate with operations to forecast staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in blue-collar environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Experience recruiting high-volume skilled labor or field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit data center technicians and other field personnel.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate bench for projects.
• Conduct phone/video interviews and vet candidates for skills and fit.
• Coordinate availability, travel, and start dates for mobilization.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout onboarding.
• Develop passive pipelines and improve hiring speed.
