Job summary

Enterprise Electrical, a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor, seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for field, office, and leadership roles across multiple states.

You will partner with hiring managers, field leadership, and HR to attract top talent for Journeymen, Apprentices, Foremen, and project support roles, while building proactive talent pipelines and ensuring compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within construction, skilled trades, electrical contracting, or industrial environments.
• Experience supporting high-volume and multi-state hiring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner for hiring managers, field leadership, and department heads.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Recruit for Journeymen, Apprentices, Foremen, Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and corporate roles.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to stakeholders.
