Job summary

Staff Management in Tolleson, AZ seeks a Bilingual Recruiter to drive full-cycle hiring for facility and client sites. This onsite role partners with hiring leaders to build strategies, engage talent, and improve long-term fit.

You will manage sourcing, interviewing, and offers in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 1+ years in full lifecycle recruiting, strong communication skills, and fluency in English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruiting practices.
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HRIS.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bilingual skills in English / Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to create recruiting strategies aligned with business needs and to fill field positions for client sites.
• Review industry, product, and geographical trends to inform talent sourcing approaches.
• Manage recruiting tools, resources, and technologies to identify qualified candidates.
• Support the full-cycle recruiting workflow, including sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing.
• Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting open roles.
• Develop and maintain an efficient recruiting process that meets client needs.
• Build and maintain an ongoing candidate pipeline.
• Support end-to-end recruiting operations.
