Unknown is seeking a Bi-Lingual Recruiter to support HR and staffing across multiple sites. You will advertise openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide onboarding to ensure IT, equipment, and payroll readiness.

The role requires a BS/BA degree, bilingual Spanish/English proficiency, 2–4 years of high-volume recruiting, and strong MS Office skills with familiarity in Birddog and COINS data input. Travel is periodically required.

Formación

• BS or BA Degree preferred.
• Bi-Lingual Spanish/English required.
• 2–4 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Birddog and COINS data input.

Responsabilidades

• Familiarity with social and professional media platforms.
• Screen candidates through avenues other than Birddog.
• Maintain Birddog/ATS system; vet candidates and identify best matches for positions.
