Job summary
HealthEquity is seeking a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst to turn CX, product, and operational data into clear dashboards that executives and teams use to drive decisions. This hands-on role emphasizes visualization clarity, usability, and adoption, with dashboards serving executive, strategic, and operational needs.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years creating dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, strong data visualization UX, and proficiency in DAX/Power Query/SQL.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical BI development experience.
- 3+ years building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong data visualization principles and dashboard UX.
- Hands-on Power BI/Tableau and data storytelling skills.
- Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, SQL or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards supporting CX strategy and operations.
- Translate business questions into visual structures, define metrics, comparisons, and drill paths.
- Develop dashboards for customer journeys, funnels, CX metrics, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with BI Engineers to ensure data validity and dashboard performance.
- Support visualization standards, docs, and improvements based on feedback.
