Job summary

HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst to turn CX, product, and operations data into clear, decision-ready visualizations. You will design dashboards that help executives and service leaders quickly understand performance and drive action.

This remote role focuses on visualization clarity and adoption, with onboarding onsite Trailhead sessions at HQ. You will collaborate with CX leaders, analysts, and data teams to ensure accurate datasets and scalable visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent practical experience in BI development.
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong expertise in data visualization principles and dashboard UX.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear visual narratives.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, SQL, or equivalent transformation logic.
• Familiarity with CX metrics or product/operational analytics preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and maintains dashboards to support CX strategy, journey management, and operational decision-making.
• Translate business questions into clear visual structures with the right metrics and drill paths.
• Develop dashboards for customer journeys, funnels, and CX metrics to surface trends and drivers.
• Partner with BI Engineers and data teams to ensure datasets support dashboard logic, performance, and accuracy.
