HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a Senior BI Analyst who will turn CX, product, and operations data into clear, decision-ready visualizations. You will design and maintain dashboards that empower executives, product teams, and service leaders to understand performance, identify friction, and drive action.

This remote role emphasizes usability and adoption, with on‑site onboarding components at times. Strong skills in Power BI or Tableau, and SQL-based data transformation are required to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent practical experience in BI development.
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong expertise in data visualization principles and dashboard UX.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear visual narratives.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, SQL, or equivalent transformation logic.
• Familiarity with CX metrics or product/operational analytics preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and maintains dashboards and visual products supporting CX strategy, journey management, and operational decision-making.
• Translates business questions into clear visual structures, defining metrics, comparisons, and drill paths before development.
• Develops dashboards for customer journeys, funnels, digital adoption, and CX metrics to surface drivers and trends quickly.
• Partners with BI Engineers and data teams to ensure datasets support dashboard logic, performance, and accuracy.
• Supports visualization standards, documentation, and ongoing improvements based on stakeholder feedback and usage patterns.
