Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in data reporting, business analysis, analytics, BI, or related functions.
• Experience leading or supporting complex reporting, analytics, or BI initiatives with scope definition and planning.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, reporting specs, or change management plans.
• Advanced Excel skills with external data connections, pivots, and dashboards.
• Experience with relational databases, data management, queries, and data validation.
• Experience with large healthcare data sets and analyzing processes, data, and outputs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to senior/executive leadership.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex to complex BI initiatives and reporting projects.
• Gather requirements, define specifications, and coordinate deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop report specifications and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and end-users to ensure accurate data and effective solutions.
