Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Senior BI Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights and visuals. You’ll build data sources, create self-service BI tools, and support governance to ensure trusted information for leadership.

Responsibilities include stitching data from data lakes and warehouses, collaborating with clinicians and operations leaders to meet needs, and ensuring data accuracy and security across BI assets. Prior healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Information Technology or Information Management.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of BI/analytics experience.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, ETL tools; healthcare knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create data sources / data marts to meet analytic requests across the enterprise.
• Design highly interactive self-service BI dashboards in Tableau/Power BI.
• Partner with business units to meet operational needs and standardize data delivery.
• Actively participate in enterprise Data Governance and maintain trusted data sources.
• Manage BI platform upgrades and ensure data continuity and security access.
• Develop validation between data sources and BI assets for accuracy.
