Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of analytics experience OR a Master's and at least 1 year.
• Intermediate Python/PySpark experience in Databricks.
• Experience designing data models, taxonomies, schemas, and versioning rules.
• Intermediate Power BI + Power Apps incl. DAX, semantic modeling, performance tuning.
• Frontend UI development with TypeScript (Angular/React) or Python (Streamlit/Dash).
• Role is fully remote but follows CST/EST business hours.
• Must commit to remaining in role for 12 months before applying to other Humana opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data to provide insight to decision-makers.
• Design, integrate, and present data from internal and external sources.
• Influence department strategy and define technical approaches for project components.
