Job summary

RxVantage seeks a Sr BI Analyst to lead complex internal and client analytics, delivering Tableau dashboards and shaping BI strategy. You will partner with stakeholders, define KPIs, and ensure consistent metric definitions across projects.

This role requires 5+ years in BI analytics, strong Tableau/Power BI skills, SQL, and healthcare data experience. Work from anywhere in the US, with competitive benefits and opportunities to impact patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
Minimum of 3 years working with Tableau and/or Power BI.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Healthcare data experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with key stakeholders to understand internal and external analytic needs and logic.
Collaboratively define success and develop measurement frameworks.
Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements.
Institute and enforce documentation standards for BI dashboards.
Drive consistency in metric names, calculations, and delivery so that metrics match across dashboards.
