Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Sr. Developer, Business Intelligence to advance data-driven decision making across the organization. You will design, implement, and optimize BI solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor teammates while delivering actionable insights.

Ideal candidates will have deep experience with BI tools, data modeling, and analytics, plus strong communication and learning agility in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with focus on business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or equivalent
• 3+ years with master's degree or 5+ years without master in analytics, data modeling, or BI preferred
• Experience with BI tools Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI, or similar; SQL/Python/R preferred
• Able to participate in and support compliance objectives
• Strong collaborative and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Use BI tools to create applications and data models for reporting needs
• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts of reporting changes
• Extract, Transform and Load data from multiple sources
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools
• Lead data validation to ensure integrity and reliability
• Provide insights to streamline analytics processes and research improvements
• Act as analytics point of contact for audits and inquiries
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders and SMEs
• Mentor teammates and business areas
• Perform other duties as assigned
