Job summary

Technology Service Corporation (TSC) is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in defense and intelligence markets. You will manage BD portfolios, lead capture, and build executive-level customer relationships, traveling to the National Capital Region and Huntsville, AL, with remote work flexibility.

The role requires a опыт in defense markets, strong proposal leadership, and a track record of winning multi-million-dollar opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aeronautics, business or related technical discipline.
• 10–12 years in business development, capture management or related defense roles.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD and capture activities across core technology areas from opportunity identification through proposal submission.
• Develop strategic account plans to expand business with targeted DoD/National agencies.
• Shape opportunities early via customer engagements, white papers, and demonstrations.
• Provide leadership in proposal development and customer messaging.
