Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking an AWS Sr. Developer to design and implement complex, AWS-optimized solutions for enterprise contact centers. You will code in Python or Javascript, integrate Amazon Connect, and configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.

You’ll lead development efforts, review code, and mentor team members in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The role focuses on scalable cloud architectures, security best practices, and hands-on delivery across multiple client

Qualifications

• Hands-on programming in Python/Java/JavaScript with cloud focus.
• Experience building integrations across REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON and related services for data exchange.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with CloudFormation, AWS CDK, and Lambda integrations.
• Logging with CloudWatch and CI/CD or IaC implementation.
• Experience architecting and building Amazon Connect solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Solution Architect to deliver contact center solutions.
• Provide technical advisory during business reviews and requirements.
• Deliver technical designs and user stories with details.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
• Hands-on development of a Solution Design with best practices.
• Lead a development team and perform code reviews.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Take a lead technical role on enterprise projects.
