Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking an AWS Senior Developer to design and implement cloud-native solutions for contact centers, leveraging Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice. You will collaborate with a Solution Architect and a cross-functional team to deliver scalable architectures at enterprise scale.

You’ll need hands-on programming in Python or Java, REST APIs, JSON, CloudFormation, Lambda, and CI/CD, with a focus on security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on programming in Python or Java.
• Experience building integrations across multiple systems using REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON format and related services.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda integrations.
• Experience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a Solution Architect to deliver contact center solutions.
• Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews and identify requirements.
• Provide technical details for functional User Stories.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
• Hands-on development of a Solution Design using best practices.

The AWS Senior Developer executes and implements complex solution designs by leveraging AWS‑optimized architectures at enterprise scale. The Sr. AWS Developer should have a strong development background and be proficient in either Python or Javascript. This individual is expected to understand the core AWS services and apply best practices regarding security and scalability. This position is focused on delivering solutions for contact centers, specifically leveraging Amazon Connect. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a Solution Architect to deliver successful contact center solutions
• Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews, helping to identify customer requirements and processes
• Provide technical details and solutions for functional User Stories
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
• Hands‑on development of a Solution Design, leveraging best practices and programming principles
• Lead a development team in distributing tasks and performing code reviewsDeliver technical end user training and documentation
• Exercise independent judgment, and take the lead technical role on enterprise level projects with minimal direction

Required Skills:

• Experience with hands‑on programming (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js)
• Experience building integrations across multiple systems, REST APIs
• Knowledge of JSON format and related services
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience with Cloudformation, and Lambda Integrations
• Experience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code

Nice to haves:

• Experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
• Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP
• Experience with Contact Flow implementation, Lex integration, and contact center routing
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Contact center product knowledge of other platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, etc.)
