Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is redefining AI-powered customer experiences by integrating Agentforce with Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect. You will help shape scalable contact-center solutions with hands-on development and architectural leadership.

You will collaborate with solution architects, build cross-system integrations via REST APIs and drive IaC/CI-CD practices using AWS services and Salesforce tech to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on programming experience with Python, Java, C#, .NET or Node.js.
• Experience building integrations across systems via REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON format and related services.
• Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Solution Architect to deliver contact center solutions.
• Provide technical advisory during business reviews and user stories.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
• Develop solution designs and lead code reviews.
• Deliver end-user training and documentation.
